Judging takes
place at three levels:
Preliminary
The OmanGA team reviews all entries received for each
category. They recommend and nominate finalists for each
category, based on the criterion recommended by the judges
for each category.
In the event that more information is required, to evaluate
a nomination, nominees will be requested to furnish further
information.
Independent
In this level finalist entries are presented to a panel of
independent judges. The judges then nominate winners under
each category individually.
Audit Panel
All finalists' entries and scores are reviewed by the entire
panel of judges and a winner for each category chosen with
consideration of independent judges’ suggestions.
Nominations will be scored based on the following criteria:

Effectiveness
What were your goals? How have you measured your success?

Innovation
& creativity
How were innovative methods, strategies or ideas applied?

Impact
How has the project/initiative/work motivated others to
contribute to a greener Oman?

Originality
and Leadership
How has the nominee demonstrated vision, foresight and
persistence?
-
Continuity
& Sustainability
How sustainable is the initiative carried out? Will it be
effective in the long term?
